Sooner Haven Apartments Renovation
The Oklahoma City Housing Authority and Community Enhancement Corporation closed on financing for a $25 million renovation of the Sooner Haven Apartments. This funding will result in a complete renovation of the property, both inside and out. It is the largest single investment in an OCHA property since funding for public housing ended in 1979.
