Affordable Housing

In addition to traditional Public Housing program and the Housing Choice Voucher program, the Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) owns and manages a number of other Affordable Housing options for low-income Oklahomans. Some of these properties, such as Dorset Place Veterans Community, Providence Sober Living, and the John H. Johnson Care Suites, are program specific and open only to referrals from other organizational partners. But many operate as general housing open to the public based on income levels. Senior communities like Danforth Senior Center, Candle Lake Senior Center, and east side family property Sooner Haven Apartments, are all open to waitlist signups for the public.
