Frequent Questions:
Q: What is the current state of job descriptions? Are they updated and currently reflect job duties and responsibilities? Would the OCHA like for the consultant to rewrite all job descriptions?
A: Job descriptions are currently up to date and reflect job duties and responsibilities. OCHA is currently satisfied with the current job descriptions; however, respondents can add a line item to the budget/narrative to reflect this opportunity.
Q: Can the OCHA accommodate virtual meetings and presentations? Are there any meetings/presentations that the OCHA would prefer to have in person?
A: Virtual meetings are preferred. No in person meetings are necessary.
Q: Is the OCHA requesting a custom Survey where the awarded consultant would collect compensation data from peer public housing authorities? Or would the OCHA prefer for the awarded consultant to use published survey data in the interest of cost savings?
A: Respondents are encouraged to provide solutions for accessing reliable available data as well as providing solutions for surveying others to capture the most up to date reliable information
