You may keep 1 pet that can be no larger than 15 pounds in weight and no taller than 15 inches in height.  The pet must be free of any internal or external parasites (ie: worms, mange).  The pet must be spayed/neutered and current on all vaccinations.  Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 5 feet in length when the animal is outside the residence.  There is a $200.00 deposit required in advance of the pet coming into the residence and the owner is responsible for removal of pet waste.  The owner is also responsible for any bodily injury or property damage caused by their pet.  Certified working animals are exempt from required deposit and height/weight restrictions.
